Our Evaluating Impact training programme will provide an online, self-paced and practical learning programme to enable you to effectively use evidence to evaluate the impact of your projects and services. The course will include:
1. An introduction to evaluation: Understanding the essentials 
2. The nuts and bolts of evaluation: What to evaluate and how 
3. Making meaning from your data: Analysing the stories and statistics 
4. Telling the story of your data: Communicating your findings to target audiences

We also offer training in Implementation for policymakers and practitioners, to help you plan ahead to ensure your new or improved policies or programmes are implemented effectively. Get it right first time.

Our Change Management training covers project management, collaborative working and change management. This training will give you a framework to plan and achieve your goals, clarify roles and responsibilities, and track progress. You will also have access to a portfolio of tried and tested project management tools and templates.
