CES staff have the core interpersonal skills necessary to work well with groups in different settings and scenarios, for example, active listening, reflecting back process and content, working with different energies, and giving feedback.
We use these skills to help organisations plan, co-design, consult, engage and implement.
With our partners we have surfaced barriers and enablers to change, created implementation plans, developed logic models and scoped evaluation plans, so that organisations can deliver on outcomes.
