We are an all-island not-for-profit organisation working to improve the lives of people on the island of Ireland by supporting the implementation of excellent public services through evidence-informed policy and practice.

Our Team

The CES team combine skills and expertise in research and evaluation, service design and implementation, change, programme and project management, facilitation, policy and service development and communications.

We come from a wide range of backgrounds including public policy, social work, international development, IT, service design, academia, psychology, disability, criminal justice, finance and HR, from the not for profit, public and private sectors.

Whether you need to gather evidence, put in place action plans, solve difficulties, engage with stakeholders, or enhance your skills to improve your work, our dedicated team of experts can help.

Training & Capacity Building

We offer a range of training options for teams in the public and not for profit sectors.

Evaluating Impact training will provide you with skills, confidence and practical tools to use evidence to evaluate your service and tell your story.
Implementation training for policymakers and practitioners to help you plan ahead to ensure your new or improved policies or programmes are implemented effectively.
Change Management training covers project management, collaborative working and change management. This training will give you a framework to plan and achieve your goals, clarify roles and responsibilities, and track progress.
