In the second of 3 modules, this training course will build on the learning from Module 1 – an Introduction, by exploring evaluation processes in more detail. You will find out more about how to gather the right data and evidence of your impact, the best way of analysing and interpreting the evidence, and how to create a plan to measure your impact.
This module is suitable for project staff and service leads who understand outcomes and indicators and who plan service evaluation activities.

Module 1: Evaluating Impact: an Introduction
Module 2: The Nuts and Bolts of Evaluation
Module 3: Telling the Story of Your Data
Each module will be delivered online, in two half-day sessions. Since experience and prior knowledge varies, those without a background in evaluating projects are encouraged to attend all three modules, while those with experience can choose to attend module 2 or 3, or both.
