Rossa holds degrees in mathematics and engineering from Trinity College Dublin, is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Having worked in Arthur Andersen Rossa joined the Dublin Group Head Office of CRH plc. In a 29 year career with CRH he held a variety of roles including Group Treasurer, Head of Group Financial Operations and Head of Group Finance and his responsibilities covered all areas of finance with a focus on debt/equity funding, acquisitions/disposals and financial risk.
Rossa is also a non-executive Director of the National Oil Reserves Agency.
