Pat’s career spans over 35 years supporting and fostering industrial and economic development in Ireland. During that period, Pat was employed by both IDA Ireland and Enterprise Ireland, where he gained deep practical and strategic experience in supporting both multinational companies and Irish SME’s helping them accelerate delivery of their growth plans. As an expert advisor to SME’s, Pat has used his deep practical and commercial experience to work intensively with management teams to address barriers to growth and unlock leadership potential.
Since 2015 Pat has been working as an independent consultant working with a wide range of clients including indigenous SME’s, overseas development agencies and governments.
Pat holds an MBA (Hons) from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCD.
