Michelle began her early career working with entrepreneurs to grow and develop their own business, working closely with those specifically coming to self-employment following a period of unemployment and later developing her expertise in managing enterprise training, space, and facilities to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Michelle has direct experience of resourcing and managing teams, has an established track record in applications for funding and in her previous role the organisation was short listed for the Good Governance Awards in 2023. She is currently Corporate Services Manager & Company Secretary at CES and is working on an ambitious People Plan for the organisation.
Michelle completed a post graduate certificate; Enabling Business Resilience from Ulster University in 2023, and a post graduate certificate; Non-Profit Leadership and Management from DCU in 2016.
