Having previously managed large scale legal projects, Mark joined CES in order to apply his programme management knowledge as a certified PRINCE 2 practitioner to a more impactful setting; wanting to contribute to the work of the community, voluntary and public sectors.
Whilst previously supporting the Northern Ireland CES team, Mark now works as part of the Change and Improvement team. The team works with the HSE to build and implement change to improve public health services.
Most recently, Mark has been working in partnership with the HSE to implement the new National Adult Palliative Care Policy in Ireland; turning policy actions and recommendations into a co-ordinated, implementable national programme of work.
Mark has worked on a range of projects, including the evaluation of The National Lottery’s Reaching Out Supporting Families programme, the implementation of an interim model of care for Long COVID, and the implementation of the HSE Mental Health Services Sharing the Vision policy.
Mark holds a Certificate in Leader as Coach from the Association of Coaching.
