Lisa has joined CES as a Project and Change Management Specialist, on the Change and Improvement team working in collaboration with the Health Service Executive (HSE). Lisa brings a strong background in sustainability and social impact projects with a focus on community-led impact and livelihood improvement, collaborating across the private, public and charity sectors.
She is passionate about using project management to drive meaningful impact and to create positive change, aiming to support CES in delivering lasting, sustainable outcomes through public health initiatives.
In previous roles, Lisa has gained significant experience in stakeholder collaboration, strategic process development, project governance improvements, and change management. She excels at bringing structure and clarity to complex pieces of work. A key accomplishment prior to joining CES was seamlessly transitioning a global sustainability project to a new operational standard by anchoring new processes into programme governance.
Currently Lisa is collaborating with the HSE's Health & Wellbeing team on the Act Belong Commit Project - working with community-based partners on programmes to promote mental health for priority groups, and as part of the project team supporting the implementation of "Sharing the Vision", Ireland's Mental Health policy, to improve adult community mental health processes.
