Elzbieta in her role within CES supports the Community Operations Improvement Programme (COIP) team which delivers projects across various community health services. Elzbieta is passionate about contributing to the positive change to the society this initiative is driving and that is why she joined CES. She finds it inspiring to be part of a social change in the context of larger public institutions.
Elzbieta brought to CES several years of professional experience in quality management, business/project administration and process (re-)design in highly complex, international environments. Few years ago, she moved from the business sector to the non-profit organisation where she worked on supporting vulnerable migrant groups in the Netherlands.
She holds a master’s degree in Political Science and a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from the Gdansk University in Poland.
