Debbie has over 15 years’ experience working across the public, education, and health sectors, where she has developed a strong understanding of the role that effective governance and sustainable funding play in delivering impactful services.
At CES, Debbie supports project teams by ensuring the smooth and efficient management of financial and administrative processes. Her work includes budget monitoring, event coordination, and maintaining clear, accurate, and reliable financial systems, enabling teams to focus on achieving meaningful outcomes.
Debbie holds a degree in Law and Accountancy, along with a Diploma in Accounting, from Queen’s University Belfast. She brings experience across both sides of the audit process, alongside financial reporting, project administration, procurement, and the management of large-scale budgets. She values collaborative working and is committed to supporting effective delivery across teams.
