Jennifer has five years’ experience working in research and communications in the academic sector and freelance activism. She joined CES with an interest in developing and implementing policy in collaboration with policy makers and practitioners. At CES Jennifer is working on a number of implementation and evaluation projects across different sectors, including the Better Start Quality Development Service.
Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Digital Policy from University College Dublin and her expertise includes interdisciplinary communication, outreach, policy analysis, and AI ethics. Prior to joining CES, Jennifer worked on independent endeavors with the Electoral Commission, ForHumanity, and Trinity College Dublin, including a lead role in the campaign for a Black Studies Elective at Trinity College.
