Aisling is a member of the CES graduate programme. She joined with an interest in advancing her research skills through meaningful projects, as well as broadening her knowledge of implementation and project management. Her research areas of interest include digitalisation and social media, working conditions and education.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology with Economics and a Master's degree in Applied social research. She has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, with a particular focus on quantitative data analysis. Her Master's thesis involved a cross-national comparative analysis on the effect of working from home on work-life balance.
