Our communications platforms
CES works with policy makers, statutory service providers, frontline practitioners and researchers.
We use our website to communicate about our work and to share resources and tools we produce.
If you sign up for our mailing list, you will receive our quarterly Ezine. From time to time we will use our mailing list to notify you about new resources, to seek feedback from you about our work, or to invite you to our events.

What data do we collect on our website?
Subscribing to our mailing lists
Similar to many organisations, CES uses a variety of third party platforms to support our communications. You can subscribe our mailing lists to receive updates about our work and give your consent to be notified about new resources that we produce. We use Mailchimp a third party email platform, to share our Ezine, Knowledge Exchange and other communications.
Mailchimp uses email tracking. Email tracking tells us when you opened an email and what links you clicked on. We use this information to improve our communications, and include general information such as open and click through rates to inform communications planning and reporting.
How we protect your privacy
CES is committed to respecting your privacy. Your data may be held within third party platforms which we use, including Mailchimp and Eventbrite. All of these platforms have published up to date privacy policies to comply with the GDPR.
Access to those platforms and your data is strictly limited to our communications team.
If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to hear from us you can unsubscribe from our mailing list. At the bottom of our Ezine or other communication, you will be given the option to unsubscribe. When you click on this option we will remove your name from our mailing list.

Right of subject access
As part of our commitment to respecting your privacy you have the right to request details on the personal data we collect about you as you explore our website. This right includes information on who processed your data as well as when and why it was processed. You also have the right to request a copy of your personal data.
