Carrie-Anne has had a varied career, working with several management consultancies and within the education and health sectors. For over 20 years she has worked in the voluntary and community sector, specifically within arts management and programme delivery. Her knowledge and experience encompass, collaborative working on programme selection, fundraising, the logistics of programme delivery, marketing and promotion and report writing. She has organised productions that have toured to the US, Ireland and Scotland and has been Team Lead on over 70 projects with responsibility of 5-15+ staff.
She joined CES to support Project Specialists and Senior staff in providing meaningful and effective policy development that delivers lasting social change.
She has a degree in Humanities and a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration.
