September 2012 Reports

This report, written by Meg Wiggins and colleagues for the UK Department for Education in 2012, aims to summarise important issues that should be considered by those implementing new programmes to increase the chances of success. Drawing mainly on the Active Implementation Framework, it highlights key lessons and challenges around planning for implementation, scaling up and sustainability. Several international examples of implementing evidence-based programmes for children and families are included. This report will be of particular interest to policy-makers, senior managers and funders who are implementing new programmes.
