Anne works on a range of projects and policy areas in CES including whole of government working, commissioning, legislative reform, and public sector reform.
Prior to joining CES, Anne worked as an independent consultant in the fields of education, disability, health, equality and public participation. Key areas of work included policy and strategy development, design of stakeholder partnerships, public consultation, organisational strategy and research. She previously held senior management roles in the National Rehabilitation Board. Anne has an M.Sc. in Systemic Organisation and Management (University of Sunderland), an M. Ed. (Trinity College, Dublin), and a B.A. in Economics and Politics (University College Dublin).
